It is anticipated that the contract duration shall be five years with the possibility of further extensions of up to one plus one years, subject to satisfactory performance. The service provider must demonstrate skills and experience of maintaining appropriate environmental conditions effectively and efficiently within prestigious public buildings which accommodate works of art and valuable / delicate artefacts.
