        "description": "The National Audit Office (NAO) the UK's independent public spending watchdog is seeking a supplier who can consult on rail engineering assumptions underpinning a financial model owned by Network Rail in support of our 2023-24 audit work on the Department for Transport (DfT) Group accounts. The assumptions principally relate to high-level design of modern GB railway network elements, and feed into a theoretical model. . The service is anticipated to commence in January 2024 and with a desired completion date by late June 2024, with early delivery preferred. This is a one-off engagement so there will not be an option to extend. The estimated value of the contract is PS50,000 excluding VAT, but no guarantee is given as to the actual value of the contract.
