The project involves three key works packages - demolition, refurbishment of existing buildings and site infrastructure. These packages will be let as separate contracts. This tender opportunity is for the demolition element of the project only, and will consist of an open single stage traditional tender process. The DfE funding grant agreement in place with Cornwall College is explicit that all works (and therefore funding expenditure) must be completed by August 2024. This is a hard stop date.
