The structures have all been inspected following the December 2015 flood event and work scopes developed by the Council Technical Approval Authority (TAA) that identify the type of damage and elements affected. The Package will be procured by a two stage design and build contract stage 1 design NEC Option C Target Cost activity schedule, with the stage two build works being awarded at the sole discretion of the client being an NECC Option A fixed price activity schedule contract.
