Under co-commissioning arrangements and Level 3 delegated arrangements for commissioning Primary Care services BCCG together with NHSE are proposing to commission APMS services for: Lot 1 Bolton General Practice; Lot 2 Bolton Medical Practice & Great Lever Practice, Lot 3 Bolton Community Practice, Lot 4 Olive Family Practice.
