The intention is to use this grant to appoint an external training provider to deliver a significant level of additional training. Training must be delivered by a registered Bikeability Scheme and the training to be delivered according to the approved details of that registration and consistent with the standards required of the Bikeability training, as specified in the Bikeability training coirse manuals and in the national standards outcomes.",
