The SPS provider will support ASC and HR Leads with this through Project management,, Business analysis and data analysis roles to complete the detail design over the 12 week period, with activity to design and agree ? Teams - develop the revised staff profiles, responsibilities and structures that support the Front Door TOM. This work will require engagement and support from LCC HR/OD resources. ? Information - data required to inform and direct activity of the teams and how performance and outcomes will be measured ? Technology - utilising existing and planned technology products ? The quantitative and qualitative measures for evaluation and ongoing performance monitoring.",
