This will include sites such as: Schools (92), Libraries (31), Learning Development (16), Children's Centres (19), Youth & Community (7), Registrars (2), Surveyors (4) Coroner's Office, Shire Hall, Cheltenham County Offices, Crown Court, GLIC & Miscellaneous property (5). Subsequent to the release of the Invitation to Tender it became apparent that there minor errors with the TUPE information provided to GCC. These errors have now been resolved, and GCC has decided to restart the Invitation to Tender process. A Corrigendum establishing its intent to re-run this competition has been issued. The Framework remains as previously advertised; it will be used to enable sites to call off a maximum of six (6) year contracts for cleaning and caretaking services. Scope of Services includes, but not limited to: * Cleaning * Deep Cleans * Carpet Cleaning * Hard Floor Maintenance This Framework will be effective from 1st August 2021 to 31st July 2025. The estimated total framework value is PS11,360,227.64 over its term. The Call Off contract(s) is for a 6 year period commencing 1st August 2021 and ending on 31st July 2027. The estimated total call off contract value is PS17,040,341.46 over its 6 years Term In the first instance, multiple site cleaning and caretaking contracts will be let for three (3) different geographical areas: Lot 1 Forest of Dean and Gloucester, Lot 2 Stroud and South Cotswold, Lot 3 Tewkesbury, North Cotswold and Cheltenham.
