The Principal Contractor's overall project includes the following: * Provide temporary perimeter security, including to prevent vehicle access onto playing fields; * Provide temporary protection for some vegetation and to retained carpark; * Ensure all services to or across the site are no longer 'live'; * Commission Asbestos Demolition Report: Copy to Client and CDMA for review; * Notify HSE, remove all asbestos and ACMs in accordance with CAR:2012; * Set aside Kelly blocks, carpark gate assembly to allow vehicle access and reinstate on completion; * Remove all redundant services, including BT overhead line and post; * Demolish redundant building and remove all foundations, slabs, etc.; * Grub up all underground services; * Excavate areas of hard and soft landscaping around building * Remove all rubble and other materials arising.
