EXISTING ENVIRONMENT Existing Site The works are being undertaken within a building which was originally a pair of semi detached houses,. The houses were adapted for office use in 2009 and occupied by the local authority YOT team. The construction of the property is therefore predominantly domestic in nature. The building will be fully vacated for the duration of the works . However the adjacent buildings will be active operational police properties and access to the adjacent parking must be maintained. However the parking area immediately in front of the property will be available for the contractors use.",
