KCC Waste Management is looking to procure an off-taker provision for six of the eighteen Household Waste Recycling Centre sites in Kent (Sevenoaks, Tunbridge Wells, Swanley, Dartford, Maidstone and Gravesham) for Hardcore and Soil. KCC Waste Management wishes to procure an array of providers or one provider which gives KCC the most cost efficient method of disposing of hardcore and soil.",
