        "description": "The overall purpose is to carry out internal painting and decorating to provide an improved customer offer for our service users at three of our selected Transitional Accommodation sites across the Central Bedfordshire district. All works shall consequently be carried out and timed in such a way as to always leave the areas where painting and decorating is being carried out in a safe well-maintained tidy condition and upon completion of works. The Council will provide as much support and information as it can to help guide you through the quotation process.
