The contract is awarded as a single-contractor Framework Agreement for a term of four (4) years (May 2023 - April 2027) with an initial term of 2 years with option to extend in 2 x 12 month phases (subject to performance). Works awarded under the framework agreement will be strictly based upon the authority's operational demand and available budget funds. There is no guarantee of any business volume or value awarded by the Authority to the preferred contractor. All correspondence is via the Councils e-tendering portal ProContract hosted on the South East Business Portal (SEBP).",
