The existing retaining wall of the car park is in poor condition and over time has warped and twisted in several places. Our Structural Engineers at Wardell Armstrong have assessed the wall and ground conditions, the results of which show that defects apparent are due to poor foundations of the existing wall and the organic matter makeup of the soil beneath.
