            "acceleratedRationale": "In order to complete the project by the end of August it is necessary to mobilise the vessel in early July (8th July is the proposed earliest date). There will be an estimated one month required prior to this to prepare for vessel mobilisation. The anticipated deadline for signing of contract is 8th June. This requirement is using the accelerated procedure due to committed scientific survey projects in 2020/21 and need for the RD2 remote seabed drilling equipment to be operational. If this charter is conducted during the autumn months there is a high risk that all scientific objectives will not be achieved due to adverse weather conditions. In addition, there is a significantly higher risk of losing the RD2 remote seabed drilling equipment due to poor weather (replacement value ~PS3M)."
