The contract duration will be for 2 years, with a possible extension of up to 3 years in annual increments, at the Authorities discretion. Whilst the implementation of the Authorities requirements within this tender must be completed within the firm period of the contract, this extension period is to allow the implementation of any future EMSS customers by the same delivery partner without conducting a separate procurement exercise.
