We would expect the successful bidder to deliver the following: o Bring our Employer Brand Proposition to life - we already have a clear idea of what our EVP is and we can share those ideas and the data that sits behind that with the successful organisation, or as part of the tender process, but we need help to articulate this into a brand proposition. We don't anticipate a large research element will be needed o Review our Careers Webpages with view to Diversity and Inclusion o Create the following assets o Talent Value Proposition - mainly social brand awareness including video content but with an integrated campaign, which includes writing adverts for job board/display , to attract both active and passive candidates. Again we are focusing on attracting candidates that would not usually see Historic England as an employer of choice.",
