The works will include constructing viaducts, embankments, cut and cover works, station platforms and buildings and possibly some ancillary works e.g. car parking. Some of the works will be within the airside sections of the airport. The capital works will be funded by LLAL on a lump sum FIDIC contract basis. The procurement will be carried out under a competitive dialogue procedure and delivering growth and investing in social values within the local area will form part of the award criteria and will be supported by special conditions relating to the performance of the contract.",
