This includes the role of chair and administration support. Domestic Homicide Reviews (DHRs) have been introduced to enable lessons to be learned from homicides where a victim has been murdered as a result of domestic violence. The home office has produced guidance on the process of conducting the reviews, however, the structure and administration of these reviews is dependent on the DHR chair, some of whom have limited experience of the DHR process.
