Additional information: The Crown Commercial Service (CCS) G Cloud 11 Framework Contract was used to identify the \"best fit\" provider (Care Banking) who could meet the needs of NHS Luton Clinical Commissioning Group Continuing Health Care Team and service requirements. The initial contract duration is for a period of 24 months with an option to extend further for an additional 12-month period in accordance with the parameters of the CCS G Cloud 11 Framework agreement.",
