The service shall provide qualified nursing support, on an outreach basis within community locations suitable for the local homeless population. The service will need to provide a range of interventions that span physical and mental health and will require highly skilled and experienced staff. The service will need to work closely with local partner organisations to ensure a coordinated multi-agency response for this complex patient group. This notice intends to identify suppliers who may be interested, expressing an interest for this service.
