The council requires a new festive light scheme for Loughborough Town centre utilising as much as possible of the existing structures and relating power supplies. The central and most impressive lights, the wow factor is located in the Market Place where the lights are switched on every year and it is important that these lights are the focal point of the towns display. We would welcome a combination of, off the shelf and bespoke lighting designed to respond to the unique qualities of Loughborough.
