Regulations require Cumbria Fire & Rescue Service to handle waste in line with Waste Hierarchy and review current practices making sure everything possible is done to reduce, re-use, re-cycle or recover waste. This invitation to tender document has been produced to enable you to provide as much information as possible to Cumbria County Council. Tenderers are invited to bid for one or more Lots and will be awarded on the basis of the offer that is the most economically advantageous to the Council for each individual Lot. The proposal is to let two new Countywide contracts from 1st April 2023.
