This Contract shall come into effect on the \"Effective Date\", (for a 1-year Transition/Integration period, named \"Year 0\") and shall continue in force for a period of three (3) years from the Service Commencement Date (the \"Initial Term\") and unless terminated earlier in accordance with its terms.
