The programme is likely to be structured as follows: * Discovery * Strategy * Creation * Application * Activation * Management & Analysis National Museums Liverpool wants to collaborate with a leading agency to realise this project. The appointed agency will oversee and lead the full programme of work with input from a broad range of stakeholders from across the organisation.",
