The work will include an audit of the city centre pedestrian network (streets, pavements and squares) in order to identify small scale (construction costs of up to approximately PS500k) priority interventions to improve such aspects as walking connections between key attractions, reduce street clutter, improve crossings and junctions, ensure the areas are safe and attractive to pedestrians both during the day and at night.
