Design, develop and lead an assurance capability across the programme recognised as the authority for all assurance-related activity and able to provide guidance on requirements across a departmental portfolio. Guide, steer and lead fully integrated assurance planning to ensure appropriate levels of assurance as part of baseline and future planning activities. Influence senior stakeholders in the practice of integrated assurance. Implement, monitor and enable continuous improvement through process, sharing and embedding lessons learned. Report and communicate activities, key messages and sharing opportunities. Provide coordination, direction and guidance to a virtual team. Ensure that individual and organisational learning opportunities are fully exploited in order to enhance organisational capability.
