The programme will be available to eligible 16 - 19 year olds who live in the Black Country and are not engaged in employment, education or training (NEET). The Service Provider must be experienced in working with vulnerable 16 - 19 year olds; be skilled at dealing with challenging behaviors and knowledgeable of the issues that may affect individuals from disadvantaged backgrounds.
