        "description": "Building 27 on the Bethlem Royal Hospital site (Monks Orchard Road, Beckenham, BR3 3BX) provides administrative accommodation for the Estates & Facilities Dept; it is proposed to convert existing office accommodation to provide space for a new centralised CCTV control room for the Facilities Management team, as part of the Trust's Lambeth Hospital disposal programme. The works will see the refurbishment of three existing office rooms to form a new CCTV control room suite.
