The procurement was managed electronically via Crown Commercial Service's e-Sourcing Suite. To participate in this procurement, Potential Providers had to first be registered on the e-Sourcing Suite. A full copy of the ITT documentation for this procurement was also available with the Crown Commercial Service website from the date of publication of the Contract Notice.",
