In line with government guidelines the service will be delivered using the Individual Placement and Support (IPS) model, which comprises a suite of evidence-based practices that support people with serious mental illness and/or substance misuse to find and sustain competitive paid employment. Lot 1 - Mental Health Employment Support Services - PS1,365,363 - The initial contract period for lot 1 will be 18 months with the option to extend for a further 12 months. Lot 2 - Substance Misuse Employment Support Services - PS438,104 - The contract period for lot 2 will be 30 months. The highest scoring provider for each lot will be awarded the contract. Providers are invited to submit a tender for one or both lots.",
