Brief Description of Requirement This work package is for a scheme administrator to provide support to the Wave 1 Project for the Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund (SHDF) Programme (herein referred to as 'Wave 1'). Wave 1 is around a PS160m England only project to support Registered Providers of social housing, including private and local authority providers, to improve the energy performance of their social housing stock as part of the Government's ambition to achieving its Net Zero Commitment by 2050. The Wave 1 SHDF funding will be delivered through local authorities in England. Please ensure you review all attached information to ensure a full understanding of this requirement.
