        "description": "The Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea is proposing to place a four year consultants framework agreement to support its housing capital investment programme. It is intended that the frameworks will commence in December 2019 in sufficient time to deliver the capital programme commencing financial year 2020/2021. Over the term of the agreements the anticipated combined spend may be in the order of PS30m. There framework will divided into a number of Lots.
