This is a high profile activity for CWC and the selection of appropriate partners is critical to its success. Delivery of good quality, cost effective housing is key to achieving the Client's aspirations. The Client intends to bring forward this site for residential development for which Employer's Agent services will be required to progress the schemes from feasibility stage through to completion of the defects period. In addition to the sites identified, we require the employer's agents to manage the contract for a single storey extension for office meeting space for the SHHMC, currently located at 27 Burton Road, Wolverhampton, WV10 0EG.
