This will evaluate the initial impact of the projects funded in 2020 and 2022 after an initial 3-year timeline. A light touch process evaluation was conducted in 2021 to assess the programme delivery and early outputs. This resulted in a number of changes to the application process which have been implemented in the delivery of the LSIMF which should also be formally evaluated.",
