During the Construction Phase, the adacent Hicks and Student Union buildings will be fully occupied during normal working hours (8am - 6pm Monday to Friday). Access restrictions for all of the working areas will be in place throughout the contract and are indicated on the proposed limitations (11) series drawings. Works will be undertaken both within live occupied spaces and out of hours during which the rooms will be vacant. Careful consideration must be given to providing a means of segregating the works from the building occupants. The project is to be delivered in a single phase, with the works comencing on the ** ** ** and the completion date being the ** ** **. Works are to be delivered on a five day working pattern with out of hours working required throughout the contract period.
