Support will be provided according to assessment of risk and need and delivered by trained workers with a high level of understanding of the specific needs.\\r Provision of support in Short Term Accommodation and Resettlement (STAR) - Freshstart, St Austell is to be provided within 18 short-term accommodation units to former rough sleepers in St Austell, Cornwall.",
