        "description": "The Authority are seeking to procure various Facilities Management Services for the University of Sunderland London Campus Ltd to be delivered under a single contract beginning January 2020 until December 2021 with an option to extend for a further 2 years (in annual increments). Included within the scope are the following services:- 1. Security Management Service 2. Project Management Service 3. Buildings and Asset Maintenance Management Service 4. Winter Maintenance Service 5. Waste Management Service 6. Pest Control Management Service Please note:- Tenderers must fully complete and return every section within the Tender Response.
