Our out of home communications provides the Council with an important channel to reach digitally excluded people throughout the borough. It provides the Council a platform to provide our residents and businesses with relevant service information, whilst also allowing the authority to highlight and promote our cultural offerings. It also provides a public space for relevant campaigning opportunities when needed. Currently the Council provides a number of different locations throughout the borough which have recently been assessed by our planning department due to the length of the previous contract. This has provide updated planning and legal information which will be relevant for any future contracts.",
