In particular, the adviser will support Telford and Wrekin Council by looking at the challenges and opportunities the manufacturing sector in Telford faces and to provide a report with recommendations of the steps the council and partners can take to deliver Telford & Wrekin's circular economy agenda. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs).
