The Historic Quarter, Lowestoft PSiCA launched in April 2023 and will end in March 2026. East Suffolk Council is looking to buy in the services of a conservation accredited architect to help support the scheme on an \"as and when required basis\" throughout the life of the 3-year grant scheme. The PSiCA will provide funding for the repair and restoration of historic buildings on the High Street of North Lowestoft, with a particular focus on frontages and reinstating original shopfront features.",
