Contract was procured as a direct award via the CHIC Mechanical & Electrical Framework Lot 1 - Mechanical and Heating Systems and Lot 2: Electrical and Ventilation (Ref: 2024/S 000-033063) Overall contract value is anticipated to be PS2,500,000.00 (Two Million Five Hundred Thousand Pounds) in the aggregate for the Contract Period. This is an estimate and Rooftop Housing Association would not be committed to this spend. Contract period is from 1 November 2025 to 30 November 2030 with optional extension of two years and further optional extension of two years.
