CIDD's Customer Lab is an internal social and market research delivery function that provides small-medium scale research to support that work. The Lab is owned and run by the Behaviour, Insight & Research team. In 2021 CIDD's two existing Customer Labs, in Shipley and Canary Wharf, will be moved to Salford and Stratford respectively. HMRC required a technical specialist to lead the decommissioning of the existing Labs and the transferral, procurement and installation of Lab technology to Stratford and Salford.
