We are now looking to invest into a Community Volunteer scheme which supports the Brigade's People Plan and adds capacity to the establishment, enabling skilled and trained members of the workforce to deliver activities that reduce a higher level of risk while volunteers are utilised to reduce lower levels of risk throughout communities. We would be interested to hear from organisations that have experience in establishing a Community Volunteer scheme as well as manage and coordinate all volunteer related activities.
