All tenders received will be opened at the same time on a prescribed date (Thursday 14th March) by the Parish Clerk and in the presence of at least one member of the council, in line with the Parish Council's Standing Orders and Financial Regulations policies. The Clerk will acknowledge receipt of all bids after this date. The Parish Council would expect to decide on the successful bidder at its meeting on 19th March 2024, with all bidders being notified soon thereafter.",
