Please note the timetable in 2.1 of the Framework Agreement (for this purpose only) has been revised as follows; The Council submits a PIN to the OJEU Wednesday 28th August 2019 Project Published to In-Tend Friday 30th August 2019 Deadline for Clarifications from Tenderers (by 5.00pm on) Friday 20th September 2019 Deadline for the Council to Respond to Clarifications Tuesday 24th September 2019 Tender Submission Deadline (by 12.00 Noon on) Friday 27th September 2019 Evaluation of Tenders W/C Monday 30th September 2019 Intention to Award the Framework Agreement Announced Monday 7th October 2019 10 Day Standstill Period concludes (at midnight at the end of) Thursday 17th October 2019 Framework Agreement Commencement (For New Standards) Monday 7th October 2019 The estimated total value of the Framework Agreement is ?12,000,000 and is for the core period inclusive of the approximate value for extensions. The Framework Agreement will be awarded for a core period of 2 years, with the option to extend this up to two (2) further years, year on year. (The option to extend for the first year, beyond the core period has been exercised). Please note that the requirements of the Framework Agreement will be subject to available financial resources, supplier performance and flexibility to meet changing demands.
