The works are to be completed to the highest standard achievable and meet all current Building Regulations, codes of practice and British Standards. The following is a summary only, remove all loose and friable pointing and stone work, clear all pointing to bed joints and perp joints, repoint with a lime based mortar, service the sliding sash windows, carryout flaunching to the chimneys and chimney repairs and dry rot removal, irrigation and reinstatement.
