The services to be offered through the framework are intended to include: * Support planning * Payment service (including Third Party/Managed Account) * Employer advice and guidance These PHB Support Services will support both adults and children who have been approved to receive a PHBs by the CCGs. Whilst uptake of PHBs by Services Users is currently low, a significant increase is expected over the next 5 years as the CCG plans to award at least 222 PHBs over the next 5 years to meet the intentions published by NHS England. As a consequence, the expected spend profile for NHS Merton CCG to framework providers is: 2017/18 PS13,500 2018/19 PS29,250 2019/20 PS29,250 2020/21 PS29,250 Whilst NHS Wandsworth CCG has already engaged with the local market about this new requirement, NHS Merton CCG now wishes to invite expressions of interest from appropriately qualified and experienced providers which may not have responded already to the Wandsworth invitation (if you have already responded to the Wandsworth CCG engagement invitation in December 2016, you need not respond again to this invitation from Merton CCG.
