Bidders are required to submit their bid utilising the Bidding Tool (C22659 - HMC Vigilant - MSER - Bidding Tool - v1.0). The purpose of this notice is to make the SoR available to, and invite, potential suppliers to confirm they can fully meet the requirements by providing a fully itemised bid for the complete and specified work package. HMC Vigilant qualifies as zero rated for VAT (VAT notice 744C). Therefore, the Authority will use the following timeline for this contract only. It is as follows: 1. 1200hrs, 16 March 22 - deadline for clarification question submission to the Authority; 2. 1700hrs, 25March 22 - deadline for submission of bidding tool and specified documents and acceptances; 3. 25 April 22 - Contract Start; and 4. 16 May 22 - Contract End.
