Works include but are not limited to; demolition of existing partitions, installation of partitions and doors, new finishes (decoration, wall tiling, flooring and ceilings), installation shower, tray and enclosure, fixed furniture and new kitchen to post room. Alterations to the existing mechanical services including the H&CWS, ventilation, fan coil units and above ground drainage. Alterations to the existing electrical installation including alterations to power & data, new electric heating, water heaters and lighting alterations.
